THE INVESTMENT

Impact Housing REIT, LLC’s Reg A+ offering was qualified by the Securities and Exchange Commission in September 2017. This newly organized Delaware limited liability company was formed to acquire, redevelop, and manage residential real estate assets in the United States, with a focus on acquiring and improving undervalued multifamily residential properties that provide affordable value to residents. The Fund is managed by affiliates of Strategic Realty Holdings, LLC (which we refer to as our “Sponsor”), an experienced real estate investment firm. We intend to qualify as a real estate investment trust, “REIT,” for federal income tax purposes.

 

Domestic and international, accredited and non-accredited investors above the age of 18 are all welcome to invest in this direct offering either through our Investor Portal; or by reviewing our Offering Circular, completing and emailing a signed copy of the Investment Agreement to invest@impacthousing.com. We will contact you directly either way. The investment minimum is $1,000.
